International Purchases

Online purchases are currently limited to domestic (i.e., Within India) delivery only. For International buyers, orders are handled via our WatsApp platform. Please contact +91-790 777 10 33 and the orders shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

Domestic Shipment & Delivery

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through customer selected registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. SWASTIK COLLECTIONS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 business days.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Shop Pick-Up

When placing your order online, you have the option to choose "Shop Pick-Up" during checkout.Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/sms with details on when your items will be ready for pick-up at our store location.

• Store Hours: Please note our store hours for pick-up availability.

• Ready for Pick-Up: Your items will typically be ready for pick-up within 1 business days of placing your order.

• Bring Confirmation: When picking up your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email/sms. This can be printed or displayed on your mobile device.

• Valid ID: For security purposes, we require a valid ID that matches the name on the order confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellation is not possible after the shipment has been initiated. Once the order is processed and handed over to the courier company, it cannot be canceled.Please carefully consider your purchase before confirming your order.
